Fit for Life is a class designed for adults 50+ that will reinforce the physical skills needed for fall prevention, maintaining independence, and supporting the activities of daily living. Your coach will guide you through a workout focused on developing better balance, building strength, and increasing mobility. Each workout will be adjusted to meet individual participants’ current abilities and goals.
Classes run Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:30am - 11:30am. Starts Monday, September 12th.
Limit: Unlimited
